These are the black current tarts that we had on Christmas Eve. Yes, I made them.
We are eating our Christmas Eve supper; borscht in bread bowls, pinwheels, relish tray and black current tarts.

A young mother's joys and struggles as a missionary in Ukraine. Since the Ukrainian borscht (soup) is always better the next day, I thought that our news would also be just as good or maybe even better the next day.
